Due to the high demand by the airlines and corporate charter for pilots, American Winds has taken our proven training program and adapted to a FAST TRACK program.

Don’t be fooled by National flight school chains who have paid recruiters trying to lure in Students by phony sales pitches.  “Get a Private license in 2 weeks or a Commercial license in 90 days.”   Students graduating from these flight schools spend their days flying with little or no ground training by the flight school or flight instructor.   Flight hours without quality ground training and academic studying is a complete waste of money!!!  Students must do their homework and demand a high quality flight training program for their money.  Students should except their flight school of choice to have an excellent reputation in the aviation community.  Most importantly, Student should know with confidence that their aviation education will get them a quality job.

American Winds trains our FAST TRACK students with EVERY intention of one day hiring them as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI).  We have hired 99.9% of our CFI Students.   We have a 100% pass rate with 7 FAA Designated Flight Examiners (DPE).  American Winds has made national new and aviation history.   Our reputation for quality, leadership and customer service proceeds us.

Students will use our quality flight syllabi to track their training progress.  Students will also use our FAA inspected airplanes with our standardized flight instructors.   All of this will be under the guidance of our Chief Flight Instructor.

Flight training at American Winds is fast.  However, it is not as fast as the Admissions process.   Call 330-733-2500 and speak to the Chief Flight Instructor and/or the Admissions Coordinator.
